- 100 g Küchenmeister Corn Flour
- 100 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 l milk
- 250 g quark
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1-2 kiwis
For the batter: Mix the eggs with both types of flour and the salt until smooth. Add the milk and mix everything well. Leave the batter to sit for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, place 1 tsp. of oil in the pan, and cook each pancake one after another. Keep cooked pancakes warm in a preheated oven (100°C).
For the filling: Mix together the quark and honey. Peel and slice the kiwis into thin slices. Spread the honey-quark onto each pancake and place the kiwi slices on top. Roll/fold and enjoy your pancakes!
