Batter:
- 100 g Küchenmeister Corn Flour
- 100 g Küchenmeister Wheat Flour T405
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 l milk
Filling:
- 250 g quark
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1-2 kiwis
Here is a fantastically simple recipe for corn pancakes. For a delicious treat, we've filled ours with fruity kiwis and sweet honey quark. Obviously you can fill these with whatever you desire!
