- 500 ml milk
- 30 g chopped dark bitter chocolate
- 60 g cocoa powder
- 100 g sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 40 g Küchenmeister Cornstarch
- 200 g butter cookies
Stir the cornstarch into 30ml of water until smooth. In a double boiler, heat 250ml of milk and the chopped chocolate. Continue stirring until the chocolate has completely melted. In a bowl, combine together the cocoa powder, sugar and salt. Add 80ml of water to the cocoa powder mixture and stir until smooth. Stir the cocoa-sugar mixture into the melted chocolate. Now stir the dissolved corn starch into the remaining 250ml milk. In a pot mix together the cornstarch-milk-mixture with the chocolate mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the mixture has thickened. Remove from the stove.
Place the cookies into a freezer bag. Close the bag tightly and using a rolling pin crush the cookies. Layer the chocolate pudding and crumbled cookies in jars. Sprinkle with crumbled cookies to finish.
