- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. Sweet Nature Brown Cane Sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 175 g rolled oats
- 100 g sliced almonds
- 100 g shredded coconut
- 30 g Küchenmeister Wheat Germ
- 500 g yoghurt
- 300 g fresh fruit
In a bowl, mix together the oil, brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Now mix in the rolled oats. Spread the mixture out onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven (150°C convection) for 15 minutes.
Mix in the almonds, shredded coconut, and wheat germs, and bake for another 20 minutes, until the coconut and the almonds are light brown.
Wash, peel and cut the fruit into small pieces. (Fruit can be chosen on personal preference or according to what is in season)
Layer the yoghurt, fruit, and muesli, in glasses or in dessert bowls.
