- 100 g Küchenmeister Soft Wheat Semolina
- 500 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
Bring the milk to a boil. Add the semolina, vanilla sugar and salt, and cook until it thickens. Remove from the stove and briefly cool. Stir in the eggs and refrigerate for the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased hot frying pan. When the underside is light brown, cut the schmarrn into small pieces, flip over and finish baking.
