Preheat oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, wheat bran, cane sugar and cinnamon. Add the melted butter/coconut oil and work into a streusel. Refrigerate.
Cut the peaches in half, remove the stones, and slice into small pieces. Defrost the berries. Mix the berries with the sliced peaches. In a small bowl, mix together the potato flour/corn starch, sugars and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the fruit and mix well. Place the fruit in a casserole dish (ca. 22x22cm). Sprinkle the streusel on top and bake for 45-55 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown. Remove the crumble from the oven and cool for 15 minutes.
