Vegan Choco Muffins

With this recipe you can let your creativity run wild. Bake them with almonds, or hazelnuts, or shredded coconut or all of them together! Soya milk or oat milk? With or without streusel? Decide for yourself!

  • 250 g ground almonds/hazelnuts/shredded coconut
  • 250 g Küchenmeister Spelt Flour T630
  • 250 g Sweet Nature Brown Cane Sugar
  • 1 pck. vanilla sugar
  • 1.5 pcks. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 50 g vegan margarine
  • 150 ml soy milk
  • 150 ml coffee or espresso

Two-Tone Streusel:

  • 75 g Küchenmeister Spelt Flour T630
  • 25 g sugar
  • 50 g vegan margarine
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
