Your tasks:
- Testing of the machines before commissioning, including cleaning
- Adjustment of the machines according to available product data and components
- Monitoring of the machines (production line) during the filling process
- Operation of non-fully automated machines during production
- Checking the product quality and adjusting the settings if necessary
- Servicing, repair and maintenance of the machines, e.g. replacement of wear parts, etc.
- Conversion of the machines for other production sections / for subsequent product
Your profile:
- preferably experience as machine operator
- Working experience with different machines and components
- Understanding of production processes and ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Teamwork and communication skills, physical stamina and strength
- Good knowledge of German (written and spoken desirable)
- Willingness to work shifts
- High school diploma desirable
