Your tasks:
- Independent operation of the cleaning and grinding equipment
- Control and monitoring of the production process (grinding)
- Preparation of grain mixtures
- Responsibility for the quality of the products you produce, including documentation
- Quality analysis of preliminary, intermediate and final products (in the laboratory)
- Adjustment, care and maintenance of the production equipment
- Compliance with hygiene and cleaning regulations as well as safety guidelines
Your profile:
- Completed training as a miller (m/f/d) or process technologist in the milling and grain industry (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a team and a flexible approach to work are among your strengths
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Distinctive quality awareness and a high level of commitment
- Ability to work independently, in an organized manner and on your own responsibility
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility are important to you
- German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as basic computer skills round off your profile
