Cooperation with the Tafel in Heilbronn

On 26.05.2023 we started our cooperation with the Tafel in Heilbronn: From now on, we will regularly donate flour and other products there! In addition, it will be a fixed part of the training plan of our trainees & students to integrate our work at the Tafel. We are looking forward to it!

24.03.23DLG awarded again this year!

10x gold and 2x silver

Every year, we have our bread baking mixes tested for quality by the DLG (German Agricultural Society). They are subjected to sensory analyses, laboratory tests as well as preparation, packaging and labeling tests. All our baking mixes were awarded again this year - 10x in gold as well as 2x in silver! In addition, we were honored with the "Longstanding Product Quality Award" for the 15th time. The company award stands for consistent striving for quality and is only awarded if food products have been regularly and successfully tested by the DLG for at least five years.
