Commercial clerk / order entry (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Acceptance and processing of written and telephone orders as well as documentation and filing of corresponding documents
• Maintaining, managing and updating customer master data
• Coordinating delivery dates and quantities with the scheduling department
• You are the contact person for telephone information and general information and coordinate related activities, such as referring customers or service providers to the relevant specialist department
• Organizing and ordering office supplies

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial or office clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in order acceptance and/or dealing with customers
• You impress with your friendly manner and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
• You work independently, in a structured manner and enjoy organizing yourself
• You are willing to work in shifts (between 7.30 am and 6 pm) by arrangement
• Confident handling of MS Office programs
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills (additional language skills are an advantage)

You can fill this position on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
