Quality management officer, deputy (m/w/d) 

Your tasks:

• you will take over the strategic and operational management of the QM/QA teams at our site in Bad Wimpfen and continuously develop your team
• you are responsible for the creation, implementation and sustainable realization of quality management standards and guidelines to ensure a continuously very high product quality
• you develop and implement processes for risk control and minimization through targeted identification of risks
• you actively drive the digitalization and continuous optimization of all processes in the area of quality management
• as a central contact person, you coordinate all certifications and audits, including e.g. B. IFS 8, feed, kosher, gluten-free and ensure their successful implementation
• you plan, conduct and accompany internal and external audits and certification audits
• HACCP, Food Defense, Food fraud and food safety culture are not just terms for you - you get involved and help shape the teams
• by working closely with specialist departments and production areas, you ensure compliance with all legal and customer-specific requirements in quality management
• as a competent contact person, you advise the management and specialist departments on all quality and safety-related issues

Your profile:

• Degree in food technology, ecotrophology or comparable training with additional qualifications in quality management
• with your many years of experience in a management position, you know exactly how to not only define quality standards, but also successfully implement them in food production
• IFS 8 Food and other certifications in the food industry are no foreign words for you - you know what is important and ensure smooth processes - you know what is important and ensure smooth processes
• your analytical skills are strong, your way of working structured - you recognize optimization potential and implement targeted measures
• with your motivation and enthusiasm, you manage to establish quality not only as a standard, but as a living corporate culture
• very good German and good English skills round off your profile
