
Organic wheat flour type 550
The Küchenmeister organic wheat flour type 550 is made from high-quality wheat varieties in organic quality. Compared to the classic household flour of type 405, it has a higher proportion of husks and is therefore naturally somewhat darker. When the dough is left to rise, the higher handle means that water is absorbed more slowly and the dough therefore remains more stable. It is particularly suitable for the production of yeast, pasta, strudel or pizza doughs in organic quality. But it can also be used to prepare organic baked goods such as lighter breads and rolls, pastries, cakes or even sauces. DE-ÖKO 006.
