Whole wheat flour
Our Küchenmeister whole wheat flour is produced by grinding the whole wheat kernel, which means that the flour contains the valuable marginal layers and the germ. The high fiber content and good digestibility make whole wheat flour an enrichment of the daily diet. It is therefore suitable for bread, rolls, cakes, cookies and waffles. Our tip: Replace wheat flour type 405 in the recipe with whole wheat flour and increase the specified amount of liquid by approx. 10% for yeast and sponge doughs. This way you will get delicious wholemeal pastries!
