Our Küchenmeister multigrain bread combines wholemeal wheat flour, linseed, oat groats, rye flour and sunflower seeds.

This mixture is very high in fiber and therefore promotes a balanced and healthy diet.

Whole wheat flour (72%), flaxseed, oat groats (5%), rye flour (5%), sunflower seeds, dried sourdough (rye flour, naturally fermented), iodized table salt, dry yeast, barley malt flour, dextrose, malt extract (barley, rye), acidity regulator: sodium acetate, acidifier: malic acid, flour treatment agents: calcium phosphates and ascorbic acid.


Contains: Yeast (Saccharomyces genus), gluten (gluten protein)

May contain: Sesame (oilseed, rich in calcium, magnesium, copper and biotin, vegetable fats and high quality protein, the allergen), sweet lupine (genus of legumes, cholesterol and gluten free), soy/soy protein, milk: here lactose (intolerance to lactose), egg.
