Küchenmeister cornflour is produced by fine grinding of the whole corn kernel. Corn flour is rich in magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. The taste of Küchenmeister corn flour is rather sweet and a little stronger than that of conventional wheat flour. Corn flour is used to make bread, tortillas and polenta. It is also ideal for cakes, muffins, casseroles and cookies and gives the pastry a beautiful yellow color.
