
Green spelt flour
Küchenmeister Grünkernmehl is produced by fine grinding of the dried ("kilned") spelt grain. It contains biologically high-quality protein and a higher content of important minerals and trace elements compared to other types of grain. Due to its somewhat nutty and spicy taste, green spelt flour can be used to conjure up a delicious soup in no time at all. Also pancakes, savory shortbread and cakes such as a Linzer Torte can be prepared also the green spelt flour excellent.
