In many recipes, you can replace half of the wheat flour type 405 with whole spelt flour by increasing the amount of liquid by about 10% and allowing the dough to swell briefly. The pleasant taste, high fiber content and good digestibility make Küchenmeister whole spelt flour a valuable component of the daily diet. It is ideal for pancakes, yeast and tea cakes.
