Ingredients and preparation

Ingredients for the dough (for about 30 pieces):
250 g Küchenmeister whole spelt flour70 g Frießinger brown raw sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp gingerbread spice
150 g cold butter (cut into pieces)
optionally 1 - 2 tbsp cold water

Preparation: Put the flour, cane sugar, spices and butter in the mixing bowl of the food processor and knead into a dough. If the dough is still too crumbly, we bind the mass with 1-2 tablespoons of cold water.

Knead the dough briefly with your hands and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour, wrapped in plastic wrap.

Preheat the oven to 175° C top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Roll out the dough in portions and cut them out. Place them side by side on the tray and bake for about 10-16 minutes, depending on the size.
