Semolina dumplings

Semolina dumplings - classic, hearty, light and airy.  With this recipe you can easily prepare a great soup garnish.

Ingredients and preparation

Ingredients (for about 6 pieces):
100 g chef spelt semolina
50 g soft butter
1 egg
salt, grated nutmeg, parsley

Preparation: Mix 50 g of softened butter with a hand mixer, then stir in the egg. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until homogeneous. Leave to swell for 10 minutes.

Form dumplings from the mixture with 2 wet tablespoons and place them in the soup. Let the dumplings sit for about 15 minutes.
