Ingredients and preparation
Preparation: Mix 50 g of softened butter with a hand mixer, then stir in the egg. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until homogeneous. Leave to swell for 10 minutes.
Form dumplings from the mixture with 2 wet tablespoons and place them in the soup. Let the dumplings sit for about 15 minutes.
