Ingredients and preparation

Ingredients (for about 30 pieces):
300 g Mühlen König wheat flour type 405
200 g butter
100 g sugar
1 egg
Jam to taste
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Wooden barbecue skewers

Preparation: Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl of the food processor and knead into a firmer dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 170° C using the convection setting.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough (about 0.5 cm thick) and cut out different sized shapes, depending on your mood. Cut out every second cookie additionally with a smaller shape, so we get really nice cookies.

Place the larger (whole) cookies side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put a teaspoon of jam in the center of each. Place the wooden stick on top and place the smaller cookie (with hole) on top. Press down on the edge with a fork.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
