Ingredients and preparation
Preparation: Heat the water to 37 ° C and dissolve the yeast in it.
Mix all other dry ingredients and add the yeast-water mixture. Then knead into a sticky dough.
Pour into a floured bowl and let rise for 60 minutes. Then fold the dough 8-10 times, shape it into a loaf and place it in a greased earthenware pot (or similar with a lid). Cut the bread as desired.
Place in cold oven, bake at 230° C top/bottom heat for 50 minutes with lid, then 10 minutes without lid.
