Ingredients and preparation
Preparation: Peel, core and finely grate 2 apples.
Separate 3 eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat egg yolks with 70 g cane sugar and a pinch of salt until creamy. Stir 200 ml milk into the egg yolk mixture. Mix 450 g flour with 1 tsp baking powder and add to the egg yolk mixture as well. Squeeze apples and stir into the mixture. Finally, fold in egg whites.
Melt a little butter in a pan. From the mixture, put about 2 tablespoon-sized blobs in the pan and bake for about 2 minutes per side
